Why choose us?

Unlike designers who clean slates, we try to preserve your sentimental pieces. We use out-of-the-box methods to “see” you and “get” you so that we can curate meaningful objects. We have our own Artist on staff who creates custom patterns to employ in your design. Our multi-step process is certified and streamlined for efficiency and can support projects at every price point, removing the mystery around working with Designers.
How do you structure your fees?

In general, we charge flat fees based upon 2 variables: 1) Square Footage and 2) Levels of service. For example, A room that requires remodeling will have a higher per-square-foot rate than a room that simply needs paint and furnishings. For very small jobs, such as styling or accessories only, we have hourly and daily packages.
Do you do renovations?

We love to do renovations! We work in collaboration with structural engineers, architects, and other specialists to achieve the desired results down to the finest detail.
How do you stay within my budget?

We develop a detailed scope of work for your project that includes all potential expenses related to the Design process, So there is no “asking for more money” unless there are revisions or changes.
What is your design process?
While every project is different, our process is routine and scalable.
- Identify your Scope, Budget, and Timeline during an onsite visit.
- Clarify your Scope with a detailed presentation including fees.
- Create your Design by taking a deep dive of research to get you and your vibe as much as possible.
- Implement your Design with a 10 step process. You will always know what to expect in each phase of your project.
